SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS*
Some of our products, due to their specific nature, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned or exchanged:
- Kitchen Tools and Utensils: Must be unused, clean, and returned in their original position and packaging. Any product showing signs of use (food stains, scratches, or damage) will not be accepted.
- Electrical Appliances & Tools (e.g., Straighteners, Hair Dryers, and all other electrical tools.): Can only be returned if found faulty or defective at the time of delivery. The product must include its original box, manuals, and accessories.
- Watches: Must be returned in their original box with all tags, manuals, and protective films intact. Any scratches, strap alterations, or signs of wear will make the product non-returnable.
- Home Décor Items: Must be returned in their original protective packaging and without any signs of use or damage. Broken, scratched, or used décor items will not be accepted.
DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

● All orders may take up to 5-8 working days in regular days. During sales or peak seasons, it will be delivered in 7-12 working days.
● Shipping charges vary by product: some items come with Free Shipping, while others have a flat shipping fee of PKR 250.
RETURNS:
All products ordered from thespeir.com can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase only if:-
● The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
● The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually ordered.
