Shipping & Deliveries
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?                                                             

You may receive your order at any valid private address, including your residence, workplace, or an authorized drop-off location.
Please note: Delivery to P.O. boxes is strictly not supported.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Regular Days: 5–7 working days

Sale Periods: 7–10 working days

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During high-volume periods or if additional verification is needed, orders may face slight delays.

For online payments, processing begins after a fraud check is completed by our payment processor.                                                                                                                               

Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you. Please ensure to check your spam or junk folders if the email is not found in your inbox.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

 FLAT Shipping 250 PKR will be charged on orders within Pakistan.

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

The courier service depends on your location and order type. You’ll receive an email with courier and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

The courier will contact you for confirmation, after which delivery will be reattempted. A maximum of two reattempts will be made. If the order remains uncollected, it will be returned to the sender without further notice.

ORDER CANCELLATION

⚬ Customer cancellations: You may cancel your order any time before it is processed by contacting us at  contactus.thespeir@gmail.comAfter the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.

Out-of-stock items

Invalid or unreachable contact information

Technical errors or payment issues
