EXCHANGES:

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

All products purchased from thespeir.com can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase only if:-

● The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

● The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found  to be not the same as you had actually ordered.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to contactus.thespeir@gmail.com, in case you want to raise a dispute. At The Spéir, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.

Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at contactus.thespeir@gmail.com, within 8 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

       ● Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

       ● The product is damaged because of use.

       ● The product has tampered.

       ● Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

RETURNS:

DO YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER?

To start the return process, you have to notify us within 3 days of your purchase by contacting at contactus.thespeir@gmail.com. We can only entertain a return if you have received the damaged or wrong product from our end.

Exception And Special Conditions:

Some of our items, which are detailed below, must meet the following conditions in order for your return to be processed:

    ● Kitchen Tools and Utensils: Must be unused, clean, and returned in their original position and packaging. Any product showing signs of use (food stains, scratches, or damage) will not be accepted.

    ● Electrical Appliances & Tools (e.g., Straighteners, Hair Dryers, and all other electrical tools.): Can only be returned if found faulty or defective at the time of delivery. The product must include its original box, manuals, and accessories.

    ● Watches: Must be returned in their original box with all tags, manuals, and protective films intact. Any scratches, strap alterations, or signs of wear will make the product non-returnable.

    ● Home Décor Items: Must be returned in their original protective packaging and without any signs of use or damage. Broken, scratched, or used décor items will not be accepted.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE RETURNS?

The deadline for all returns is 3 calendar days from the delivery date.

HOW WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?

We have no policy for cash refunds. However, if the received item is in a flawed/damaged condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which can only be availed online. This coupon can be used to purchase any product of the same amount from our online store.
